Programme description

When you phone the Clinic’s published number and choose a keypad option that asks us to text you, we send you a single informational text message that you requested — for example, a link to book a new-patient screening or a returning-patient appointment, or the Clinic’s address, hours, website, or email.

The programme sends informational messages only. It does not send marketing or promotional messages.

How you opt in

You opt in by phoning the Clinic’s number, choosing a language, and pressing a keypad option that explicitly requests a text (for example, “press 1 to receive the booking link by text”). That keypad selection during your call is your consent to receive the specific message you requested. We do not add you to any recurring or marketing list.

Message frequency

You receive a message only when you request one during a call, typically one message per request. We do not send recurring messages.

Cost

Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan. The Clinic does not charge you for text messages, but your carrier’s standard rates apply.

Opt out — reply STOP

You can cancel the SMS service at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. After you send STOP, we may send one final message confirming that you have been unsubscribed. After that, you will not receive further text messages unless you request one again by phone.

Carriers and delivery

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to effective transmission from your mobile carrier and is outside the Clinic’s control. This service is supported by major U.S. carriers, but carrier participation may change.

Privacy

Your privacy matters to us. We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile phone number or SMS opt-in data with third parties or affiliates for their marketing purposes. For full details, see our Privacy Policy.
